Naxos Location

Kavos Hotel Naxos is situated facing towards Agios Prokopios beach on the south side of Stelida hill in Naxos. Protected from the prevailing north winds, we have superb panoramic views along the south coast of Naxos, towards Ios, Sikinos, Santorini and Paros, all-day sun and great sunset skies.

From Kavos Naxos it is an easy 10 minute walk to the spectacular Agios Prokopios beach, one of the best beaches on Naxos and in Greece. The village of Agios Prokopios is 20 minutes walk from Kavos, there you can find shops, tavernas, cafes and other facilities.

The busy town of Chora and port of Naxos are a 10 minute drive; there are many shops, restaurants, entertainment and museums, as well as the historic old town of Naxos, the famous Portara temple gate and St George's Beach.  Ferries leave regularly from the main port to the mainland or nearby islands.  The fishing port and fish restaurants of Agia Anna and sandy beaches of Plaka are a short drive or 30 minute walk away.
